Ingredients

Instructions:

  • Mince both the yellow and red onion and put them in a pan on the stove with olive oil. Stir frequently.
  • Add whiskey and stir frequently. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add your onion powder, garlic powder, salt and beef broth to the onions.
  • Once the beef broth has evaporated, set it aside until the onions have cooled down completely.
  • In a bowl, stir sour cream and Greek yogurt together.
  • Once your onions are completely cool, add them to the bowl with the Greek yogurt, sour cream, and fresh chopped chives.
  • Once completely mixed, store in your fridge for at least 2 hours and then serve and enjoy.
