French Onion Dip

- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup whiskey or rye
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
- Mince both the yellow and red onion and put them in a pan on the stove with olive oil. Stir frequently.
- Add whiskey and stir frequently. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add your onion powder, garlic powder, salt and beef broth to the onions.
- Once the beef broth has evaporated, set it aside until the onions have cooled down completely.
- In a bowl, stir sour cream and Greek yogurt together.
- Once your onions are completely cool, add them to the bowl with the Greek yogurt, sour cream, and fresh chopped chives.
- Once completely mixed, store in your fridge for at least 2 hours and then serve and enjoy.
