Indulge in the smooth and creamy goodness of this homemade vegan caramel dip. It’s the perfect guilt-free treat for satisfying late-night sweet cravings. Say goodbye to doughnuts and hello to a healthier alternative that doesn’t compromise on taste.

This vegan caramel dip has become my go-to snack when I’m craving something sweet but still want to make mindful choices. I love pairing this caramel sauce with crisp apple slices, reminiscent of a nostalgic candy apple. The combination creates a perfect balance of flavors.

The addition of cinnamon adds a warm and comforting note, balancing out the sweetness of the caramel dip and creating a delightful flavor profile.

I hope you enjoy this sweet guilt-free treat as much as I do. Don’t forget to share your delicious creations and tag @roxiecappell. Let me know what dippers you choose to accompany this creamy vegan caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions:

  • In a small pot, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed, creating a cohesive and smooth texture.
  • Place the pot on the lowest heat setting and continue whisking the ingredients together. Within just a couple of minutes, the mixture will become warm and runny, developing a luscious caramel consistency. Be sure not to overheat the sauce, as it only needs a gentle warming process.
  • Once the sauce is smooth and creamy, pour it into a serving dish or transfer it to a mason jar if you plan to store it in the refrigerator for later use. This sauce can be refrigerated for future enjoyment, and when you’re ready to indulge, simply reheat it in the microwave for 20 seconds and give it a good stir. It will regain the same delightful consistency as when freshly made.
  • Now, it’s time to savor the irresistibly sweet and nutty flavor of this healthy vegan caramel dip. You can also use it as a sauce and drizzle it over your favorite desserts, such as ice cream or brownies.
